I have an automatic tC and I've noticed that it shifts really hard, not hard, but um urg can't think of the word I'm looking for, (it's 6:28 am and I've just started my work day ok haha). But it's like I step on it and it'll just rev then it'll engage and it's really jerky.

Is this normal for the tC's? Or any car? My old car was waaaayyy smoother than that and I think a brand spankin new 07 Scion should be smooth too.

frick that's depressing, I haven't exactly had a nice time with the dealership.

My windows got screwed up when they installed the leather seats and the leather insert thing in the doors and now I can't find anyone willing to fix it.

Who did the leather? If you went through the dealer they really have to make it right however if you went straight to the aftermarket place yourself then there responsible don't let them tell you no.

Ackerman is where I bought my car, and they insist that their person did nothing wrong installing the leather, they blamed it on the tint I had this place on manchester do the tint, and they say the tint didn't cause the problem. So, I'm just stuck with really loud, screeching windows.

*correction*

The place that did the tint insists that their tint job did not cause the problem either, I thought it sounded confusing when I re-read it.

the auto tranny is alittle jerky, mainly because its has driver memory, it remembers how you drive then learns how to drive like you normaly do. so if you granny drive around all day in town, then decide to step on it it will lag alittle bit and hesiate to shift making the jerk feel

now if you turn off the car and turn it back on its cleared and will "relearn" the habbits, so before a race turn the car back on and off, otherwise your stuck with it.
