yes the auto tranny has a rough shift, everyone
complains about it, reseting the ecu will trigger it to relearn, even
on the dyno you are supposed to turn the car off after each pull to
clear up the tranny or it wont pull right and shift funny.

the auto tranny learns its drivers style and constantly trys to make
the auto tranny behave like its driver is used to driving?

and for your windows if they are noisy pull off the door panel and make
sure they didnt warp or mess up the foam that holds the window still
when its down. if its in the windows path it will make it squeek
against it. I had a crossover in the path...
